The situation, where it stopped, and who has to say yes before it moves. Three sentences typed between meetings get further than a polished brief that takes a month to send.
Every message gets a reply
Read by the person whose name is on the site — no routing rules, no intake sequence. If it is not a fit you get told so in the same thread, with the reason. If nothing comes back within a few days, send it again — a spam filter probably ate the first one.
